Rick Haayen founded Music at Work in May 2014, he grew up on both sides of the Atlantic, becoming equally fluent and at home as an American in Holland or a Dutchman in the US. Combining both cultures and experiences has given him a unique international perspective, Rick has worked over 30 years in the international entertainment industry both in Europe and the United States.

Having worked at major labels (Universal Music Group in USA + Europe) as well as independent labels (CNR + V2 Benelux in Europe) and management firms (The Entertainment Group & Montana ECI), Haayen decided to set up his own firm, Music at Work – a management & consultancy firm that represents successful artists & producers in the global Pop and Dance music scene, singer-songwriters from all genres, and also provides label services, legal services, song pitching & publishing options for the entertainment industry at large.

As a songwriter and producer, Jonasu has co-written global hits including Tiësto & Karol G’s “Don’t Be Shy” (+1.5B streams), Lost Frequencies’ “Rise”, Sam Feldt & RANI’s “Post Malone” (UK Top 10), and Alok & Dynoro’s “On & On.”

Under his own name, Jonasu has built an equally impressive record of success. Yoshi Breen

Yoshi Breen is a multi-platinum, award-winning Dutch songwriter, vocalist, and producer with over 2 billion streams worldwide. Renowned for his melodic depth and lyrical precision, he has collaborated with some of the world’s leading artists, including Tiësto, Karol G, Martin Garrix, Alok, Dynoro, Snoop Dogg, Armin van Buuren, Lost Frequencies, and Hardwell. Jesse Hydro

Jesse Blokdijk is a 23-year-old songwriter, producer, and artist from Utrecht, the Netherlands. Inspired by Ed Sheeran’s storytelling and Martin Garrix’s production, he developed a passion for both songwriting and music production, later studying at the Conservatory in Haarlem. Known for his strong lyrical focus, Jesse has released music under labels including Soave, V2 Records, MAIN Music, and 8ball, and has earned airplay on Radio 538 and Radio 2. His artist project Jesse Hydro blends heartfelt, English-language pop with sing-along hooks, gaining national recognition with the viral single “Sweet, Salt, Sour” and more recently with “Crush” and “Nervous”.

Alongside his solo work, Jesse has become a sought-after collaborator in pop and dance music. Cimo Fränkel is a songwriter, producer and artist who has contributed to songs that have amassed over 2 billion streams worldwide. Songwriting and production credits include the multi-platinum single ‘Sex’ by Cheat Codes & Kris Kross Amsterdam which has over 700 million streams on Spotify alone.
