Florian Jahrstorfer (Jason OK)
Jason OK is a multi-chart topping songwriter and producer from Munich, Germany. He grew up in a small town in Bavaria, started writing songs at the age of 5 and learned how to play several instruments such as accordion, piano, classical and e-guitar. He gained his first experiences in the music industry through touring Germany as lead singer and guitarist with his band Adieu OK, after which he shifted his focus to his solo career as a songwriter and producer.
He has co-written and co-produced for an array of German artists including GAMPER & DADONI, Gestört aber GeiL, Glasperlenspiel, LANNÉ, Wincent Weiss, Tina Naderer and Kush Kush to name a few. His songs have reached well placed entries in the German, Austrian and Dutch Airplays Charts as well as placements on Top 10 Albums. He equally gained remarkable recognition for composing and producing music for commercials and movies. His songs can be found in commercials for Nissan, Skoda, Lexus, Nescafé and movies like “Der Kleine Rabe Socke 3” and “Capt’n Sharky’’.
Internationally, he has collaborated with acclaimed artists including Rita Ora, SHINee, Blasterjaxx, Tove Styrke, Brooks, Jay Mason, De Hofnar, OH MY GIRL, Laurell, VAMERO, Henri PFR and many more. Jason notably co-produced platinum selling hit ‘Hard To Say Goodbye' by RONDÉ, which was n°1 airplay in the Netherlands and the 3rd single by a Dutch band in history to remain in the top 10 for more than 18 weeks. More recently he has collaborated with artists such as Klaas, Zack Martino, Bertie Scott, Madism, Lucas Estrada, Marc Benjamin and Keira.
